The beds were awesome and super comfy! We did like the beds and the room was nice.
I had booked/paid for the room in advance through Booked.net which was a nice resource to use, but I didn't like that I still had to put down a $150.00 deposit due to policy, which I understand why they have the policy in place, but wasn't prepared for.

Its location was favourable, near to great restaurants, park, and the surrounding area. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was separate. Everything was very good and the staff was amicable.
Some people working there were quite busy.

Overall, everything was good. Value at Booked.net discount was great. Cleanliness and comfort was awesome. Location was in the heart of fort worth and metroplex areas, yet in a good area. Check in and out was a breeze even though there were 2 conferences at hotel.
Charged $30 over Booked.net rate and have to wait a week to get that cleared. Construction caused some unexpected delay and rerouting to get in and out. Hopefully that changes for the better when they finish.

Loved the cleanliness and the modern style of the hotel. Everything was just fine with the staff! And Pam was very helpful! Loved it all!
I did not like that there was no free breakfast? And the breakfast you do have is OVER PRICED BIG TIME!! We came down for breakfast in this "Bistro" to find a small bowl of cereal $4.25?!?! I was outraged. That's more than an entire box of cereal at the market! You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging that much. We left to get breakfast somewhere else. Besides the morning frustration, everything was great. But that morning breakfast is suppose to be the beginning of your day. And the fact that we had to leave to get anything eat, without paying an arm and a leg, was a horrible start.

Was in town for a funeral, the staff gave us an upgraded room that was closer to another family member. Great staff, very understanding in our situation. The bed was amazing, I have a i-comfort savant series, and this Serta recharge+ was better than what we have lol, we slept great! The hotel was very clean, from the inside to outside.
Our windows looking out had a hazy film. Nothing else to complain about.
